Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of declaration, To declare (a) Serial No.2 prescribing 7243 posts out of which 6792 posts are reserved for women candidates alone and, (b) Serial No.9b prescribing procedure for selection, in which initial 451 posts is to be filled up with both men and women, of 1/4

the Notification No.1/2015 dated 19.4.2015 issued by the 3rd respondent, as illegal, arbitrary of exercise of power, discriminatory on the ground of Sex, irrational selection and violative of Article 14, 15, 16, 19 (1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the male candidates for the 7243 posts on a whole.
