PRAYER : The Criminal Original Petitions have been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the records the FIR in crime No.40 of 2021 on the file of the All Women Police Station, Thudiyalur, Coimbatore District and quash the same.

COMMON ORDER Challenging the case in crime No.40 of 2021 on the file of the All Women Police Station, Thudiyalur, Coimbatore District, the present criminal original petitions have been filed.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in both Crl.OPs. submits that in these cases, this Court passed an order dated 10.03.2022 directing the first respondent shall continue the investigation but not file the final report in respect of these petitioners alone. However, the first respondent, after completing the investigation, filed the final report. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent in both Crl.O.Ps. submits that the above direction issued by this Court on 10.03.2022 has not been intimated and extended further. In any event, having completed the investigation, the final report has been filed and the same was taken cognizance by the Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore, in C.C.No.1836 of 2022.

In view of the above, nothing survives in these petitions. Accordingly, the criminal original petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised.
