ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to continue to pursue his B.Com. Computer Science Degree course in the 2nd respondent College.

2. After notice, the matter is listed before this Court today for further hearing.

Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the petitioner is permitted to continue the course regularly and he is also attending the classes and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further. A counter affidavit to that effect is also filed by the 2nd respondent.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
