Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the first respondent relating to the order in Government Lr.No.9223/FR.2/2008-12, Environment and Forest (FR2) Department, dated 22.07.2011, quash the same in so far as it relates to the petitioner and issue consequential directions to the Respondent to forthwith pass appropriate orders to enable the appointment of the petitioner by recruitment by transfer as Forest Guard with retrospective effect from the date of appointment of his batchmates selected as such in Pro.No.16822/2000/Pa.4 dated 19.1.2001 of the conservator of Forests Coimbatore, with all consequential benefits.
