RANJITH KUMAR [ RESPONDENT ] Petition under Article 227 of the constitution of India Act against the order and decree in I.A.NO.15938 of 2014 IN O.S.NO.3069 OF 2014 dated 12/11/2014 on the file IIIRD ADDITIONAL JUDGE CITY CIVIL COURT AT CHENNAI CRP.PD.No.151 of 2015. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The matter is placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the original suit involved in this Civil Revision Petition.

2. The Civil Judge had sought for extension of two months and considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this Court feels it appropriate to extend the time by four months and accordingly, it is extended by four months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
