ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to transfer the investigation in Crime No.775 of 2015 pending on the file of the second respondent to some other officer.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already the investigation was completed and charge sheet has been filed before the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.2454 of 2015 for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 341, 294 (b), 323 and 324 IPC.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that already charge sheet has been filed and it was also taken on file in C.C.No.2454 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2015 by the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, now nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
