[Order was delivered by R.SUBBIAH,J] When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.02.2019 at 10.30 a.m., there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was passed over. Again, when the matter was taken up at 02.15 p.m., there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 26.02.2019. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
