ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Bhavani to dispose C.C.No.336 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending for more than 4 years and the respondent police had not taken any action to complete the trial or produce the witnesses. Till date none of the witnesses were produced before the Court below.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are 11 witnesses in C.C.No.366 of 2018 have taken cognizance for the offence under Sections 324, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.157 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police. It is also seen that the Trial Court has originally taken https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cognizance of the matter in the year 2015.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Bhavani, to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.366 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
