Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned proceedings of the posting order in Ref.No.44644/E2/3/2017 dated 06.02.2018 passed by the respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to include the petitioner name in the panel list of promotion to the post of Office Superintendent.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned Proceedings of the respondent dated 6.2.2018, giving promotion to the http://www.judis.nic.in petitioner on temporary basis from the post of Assistant to Office Superintendent.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3.

A perusal of the impugned Proceedings dated 6.2.2018 shows that on giving temporary promotion to the petitioner from the post of Assistant to Office Superintendent, she was posted to Government Siddha Medical College, Arumbakkam, Chennai-106 from Regional Institute of Ophthalmology and Government Ophthalmic Hospital, Chennai. Under such circumstances, looking at the case of the petitioner from any angle, this Court is not able to find any error not even any inconvenience to the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

In the result, the Writ Petition fails and the same is accordingly dismissed.

No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
