J U D G M E N T

When the Criminal Appeal was taken up for hearing on 28.09.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant and the matter was posted on 05.10.2018 under the caption "for disposal".

Even Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the same for non prosecution. Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
