ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.1036 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that this case has been registered in the year 2011 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that if three months time is granted, the respondent police will complete the investigation and file final report before the concerned Court.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, three months time is granted to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.1036 of 2011 and file a final report before the concerned Magistrate, after due notice to the defacto complainant.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
