2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that as against the order passed in the writ petition, writ appeal was filed in W.A.No.1612 of 2017 and stay was granted on 11.12.2017.

3.In such view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in this contempt petition and the same shall stand closed.
