The above Writ Petition is filed for the following reliefs:- "to call for the records of the 3rd Respondent made in A.P.No.122 of 2021 dated 15.07.2022 and to quash the same as illegal.."
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. It is informed that the workman has been reinstated in service on 04.09.2024. Therefore, once the dismissal order has been set aside and the petitioner has been reinstated in service, he is entitled to the actual wages from the date of his dismissal to the date of his reinstatement.
5. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent/workman would submit that they are giving up their claim on backwages.
6. Therefore, recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Management to pay the actual wages to the workman instead of 17B wages. No costs. Consequently, the 2/4
connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
