Prayer in WP.No.4598 of 2026: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 3rd Respondent made in Na.Ka.No.RV-1/358/2024 dated 17.09.2025 and quash the same in so far as Petitioners concerned and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service as a Supervisor with all monetary and service benefits. Prayer in WP.No.4600 of 2026: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 3rd Respondent made in Na.Ka.No.RV-1/358/2024 dated 17.09.2025 and quash the same in so far as Petitioners concerned and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service as a Salesman with all monetary and service benefits. ORDER

These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the order dated 17.09.2025 and quash the same in so far as Petitioners concerned and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioners in service in the same post with all monetary and service benefits.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing of either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were employed in TASMAC shop and subsequently, placed under suspension on the allegation that as if the petitioners sold the liquor bottles at higher price. In the earlier occasion, a writ petition was filed as against the suspension and the same was set aside and remanded back for fresh consideration. Pursuant to which, the respondent passed the impugned order. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that as against the order passed by the 3rd respondent, effective appeal remedy is available before the 2nd respondent hence, this Court may permit the petitioners to file an appeal before the 2nd respondent and issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks.

5. In view of the same, this Court permits the petitioners to avail the appeal remedy, which is available before the 2nd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such appeal is filed, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of filing such appeal.

6. These Writ Petitions are disposed of with the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 20-02-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order KKN
