C.M.P.No.7830 of 2017 in A.S.No.SR.84665 of 2016 R.SUBBIAH.J, and M.S.RAMESH.J, This petition has been filed by the petitioners/appellants to condone the delay of 133 days in paying the deficit court fee in filing the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing the petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also taking note of the fact that the respondent has no objection, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.
