This is an application filed for permission to pay salaries to the staff and fees to the counsel.

2. Heard Mr.V.P.Raman, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr.APS.Kasthurirangan, learned counsel for the petitioning creditor - Federal Bank and Mr.T.Gowthaman, learned counsel appearing for Depositors Association.

3. By an order passed on 13.02.2014 in C.A.No.1328 of 2013, this Court permitted a salary of Rs.20,000/- per month to Ms.A.Hema Jothi, a Retainer Fee of Rs.20,000/- to Mr.V.P.Raman and a salary of Rs.10,000/- to one supporting staff. There was also an Administrator, who has since been relieved. Therefore, the applicant has come up with this application seeking a direction to pay the salary to Ms.A.Hema Jothi and to the supporting staff and also to pay the Retainer Fee to the counsel.

4. Since the prayer is with reference to an earlier order passed on 13.02.2014, this application is also allowed. 20.7.2015.
