vv2 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died on 01.12.2022 and produced the Death Certificate issued by the Registrar (Birth & Death), Thandalam Village Panchayat to that effect. 3.In such view of the matter, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
