2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor would submit that charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No. 4117 of 2025 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate-IV, Coimbatore and now, the case is posted for hearing on 27.01.2026 for appearance of accused.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet filed in C.C.No.4117 of 2025 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate-IV, Coimbatore in accordance with law, if so advised.
