This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.6569/2009 Vae.Sae.Sa, dated 18.06.2012 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to pay the balance Subsistence Allowances as per payment of Subsistence Allowance Act together with retirement benefits for the period from 08.09.2005 to 27.04.2007.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that all the benefits, which are payable to the petitioner have been settled to him on 26.06.2017, with an interest at the rate of 4%. Page No.2 of 5

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
