ORDER

This petition challenges the order of learned Judicial Magistrate II, Thindivanam, passed in C.M.P.No.6410 of 2016 in M.C.No.8 of 2015, on 07.02.2017.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. In respect of proceedings initiated on 23.06.2015, in M.C.No.8 of 2015 seeking relief under the Domestic Violence Act, the petitioner has, after marking 21 exhibits, moved a petition seeking to produce the communication dated 23.03.2016, addressed by PW 2 to the Inspector of Police, Marakanam, Sub Registrar, Marakanam and also the Village Administrative Officer, Kalikuppam. In the absence of postal receipts or acknowledgment cards which would reflect upon the genuineness of the said communication, the Court below has rightly dismissed the petition as one of wrong intend.

4. Finding no reason to interfere, the petition shall stand dismissed.
