ORDER

Pending this Writ Petition, it is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has been complied with by the respondents 1 to 3 and hence, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. A copy of the compliance proceedings, has also been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner, who has also accepted the same and admitted that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has been granted by the official respondents 1 to 3. In view of the above compliance, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
