When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.02.2022 was enquired in CSR.No.42 of 2022 and the case has been closed as civil in nature on 13.03.2022. He would further submit that the closure report has been sent to the petitioner by RPAD on 19.03.2022.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent to furnish copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report before the jurisdictional Court.
