This Civil Revision Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned District Munsif (FAC), Sholinghur, in D.No.1167/2023 dated 13.09.2023.

It is seen from the records, while allowing the civil revision petition this Court by an order dated 01.07.2019, directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the learned District Munsif (FAC), Sholinghur has sent a communication to the Registrar General of this Court vide D.No.1167/2023 dated 13.09.2023, narrating the sequence of proceedings in O.S.No.137 of 2013 and sought further period of six months time to dispose the suit.
