This revision petition is directed against the fair and decretal order dated 19.02.2015 passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Parangipattai, in I.A.No.30 of 2015 in O.S.No.14 of 2000, thereby dismissing the application filed by the petitioner to amend the plaint.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/plaintiff would submit that the petitioner died on 13.03.2016 itself and thereafter no legal representatives of the petitioner contacted him to implead them as party. 3.

Considering the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
