This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No. R2/20379/2015, dated 05.01.2016 and consequential proceedings issued by 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.R2/20379/2015, dated 08.01.2016 and to quash the same. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suspension was revoked long back as such cause does not survive in the present Writ Petition.
