ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on 24.01.2025 in the bail application in Crl.O.P.No.1651 of 2025 in Crime No.398 of 2024 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1651 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
