ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the show cause notice issued by the respondent dated on 02.08.2024.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after the filing of this petition, the order-in-original came to be passed by the respondent. Hence, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition and also prayed for liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the order-in-original.

3. Recording the above submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as requested by the learned counsel for 2/4

the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
