The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the

Court bundle stating that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a civil suit for the cause of action pleaded in this writ petition. Since the dispute is a private dispute, necessarily, the petitioner will have to approach a civil Court.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach a civil Court for redressal of the petitioner's grievance as pleaded in this writ petition. No Costs.
