This matter earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 12.09.2024, 14.10.2024 and 15.10.2024. In all the occasions, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Today, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For Dismissal", once again there is no representation for the petitioner. In the circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
