The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the death of the petitioner's husband an FIR has been registered in Crime No.81 of 2009 on the file of the Vadapalani Police Station under Section 174 of Cr.P.C., and thereafter it was closed. 3.
Considering the above submission, the direction sought for in these petitions cannot be granted and the prayer sought for in W.P.No.28922 of 2011 is devoid of merits. Hence the Writ Petition in W.P.No.28922 of 2011 stands dismissed.

In view of the order passed in W.P.No.28922 of 2011, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.28918 of 2011 is also dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
