CMP.No.3097 of 2022 in S.A.No.512 of 2018 P.B.BALAJI, J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on records the petitioners 2 to 6 as the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant and implead themselves as the appellants 2 to 6 in the above mentioned second appeal in S.A.No.512 of 2018.

On perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is seen that the sole appellant is said to have died on 23.07.2020 and the proposed parties are his wife, sons and daughter.

There is no representation on behalf of the respondents.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of this petition and also having been satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the second appeal in S.A.No.512 of 2018.

Post the second appeal on 24.01.2024.
