A.Nos.901, 902 & 903 of 2023 in Tr.C.S.No.135 of 2022 and TOS.No.3 of 2020 R.N.MANJULA,J.

These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 844 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement of the suit in Tr.C.S.No.135 of 2022; to set aside the abatement of suit in Tr.C.S.No.135 of 2022 caused due to the death of the second defendant; to bring the legal heirs of the deceased second defendant M.Palani viz., 1.P.Selvi 2. P.Saravanan 3.P.Saranya as proposed defendants in the plaint in Tr.C.S.No.135 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing these applications.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the delay is condoned and all the applications are allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the applicants is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title of the suits.
