ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31945 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is yet to be filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31945 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
