ORDER

The petitioner and the respondents have filed a joint Memorandum of Compromise, wherein, the petitioner has agreed to surrender the shop measuring 75 sq.ft. in Coimbatore Bus Stand in Survey No.1289/2D and 53/2 in Coimbatore District, within two days from the date of signing of the memorandum of compromise. The 2nd respondent has also agreed to pay Rs.2,07,705/-, within 15 days from the date of surrendering the shop to the 2nd respondent.

2. The aforesaid Memorandum of Compromise dated 27.01.2021 filed before this Court is recorded and it shall form part of this order.

3. In terms of the aforementioned Memorandum of Compromise, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
