ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to provide adequate police protection to CSI Boys Boarding Home, Unit - 1, Attur, Salem District based on the representation of the petitioner dated 17.05.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is the case of petitioner is that she has been appointed as Manager in CSI Boys Boarding Home, Unit - 1, Attur, Salem District in the place of one N.Alexandar Joseph, who is preventing the petitioner from taking charge. In this regard, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner has given a complaint, based on which, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No. 310 of 2016 and the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry in CSR No.310 of 2016 and afford sufficient protection to the petitioner to work at ease.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
