O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging wilfull disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court on 25.06.2014 in Crl. O.P. No: 15991 of 2014. The Inspector of Police, R-9 Valasarawakkam Police Station - contemnor is present in Court. It is submitted that he has recently https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ joined the police station and assures that action will be taken. To

enable the respondent to comply with the direction issued by this Court earlier, the petitoner, who is appearing in person, is directed to appear before the respondent police on 27.04.2016 at 10.30 a.m. and on such appearance, the respondent - contemnor shall enquire into the matter and if a cognizable offence is made out, the respondent shall register a F.I.R. in accordance with law.

4. In the light of the undertaking given by the respondent contemnor, the contempt petition is closed.
