This petition is filed to bring on record S.Padmavathy daughter of the deceased sole appellant as the legal representative of the deceased sole appellant in the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.1219 of 2011.
