This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23539 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23539 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024 is totally relaxed.
