PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to renew the license for the 2nd spell for the year 2015-2016 without insisting 20% of increase over previous year rate to the petitioner on the contract as per the work order dated 28.1.2014.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to renew the license for the 2nd spell for the year 2015-2016 without insisting 20% of increase over previous year rate to the petitioner on the contract as per the work order dated 28.1.2014.

2. First of all, the period for which the extension of license has been sought for had expired. Further, it is brought to the notice of this Court that there is an Arbitration Clause in the contract. Thus, the relief sought for in the present writ petition deserves no further adjudication as the cause did not exists. If any other grievances exists, the petitioner is at liberty to move the Arbitration clause in the manner known to law.

3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
