This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner including his family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a complaint given by B.Kalaiselvi, who is wife of the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.56 of 2016 and the same was closed on 31.05.2016 on the undertaking given by the petitioner that he will establish separate matrimonial home with his wife.

Recording the same, the criminal original petition is closed.
