C.M.P.No.3090 of 2022 in C.R.P.No.2256 of 2017 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

The necessity for filing this Civil Miscellaneous Petition arose owing to the unfortunate death of the 1st respondent, Sekar and in view of that particular fact, the legal representatives have to be impleaded and for that purpose, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead his legal representatives, his wife and son as respondents 3 and 4.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent, had actually informed to the Court about the death of the 1st respondent and pursuant to such action, the present petition has been filed.

3.This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
