ORDER
This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.17 of 2022 from the file of the second respondent to the third respondent and to file the final report within a time frame. 2.
On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that now the investigate in Crime No.17 of 2022 has been completed by the second respondent and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nagapattinam, on 30.01.2025. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent.

Considering the above submissions, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted and the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
