This petition is filed to condone the delay of 90 days in preferring the appeal in Crl.A.Sr.No.6756 of 2026 against the conviction in S.C.No.30 of 2024 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ariyalur, vide judgment dated 12.09.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Balaji, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
