Crl.M.P.No.2477 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.405 of 2022 V.SIVAGNANAM. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.Nos.4137 & 4138 of 2022 dated 30.03.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.Nos.4137 & 4138 of 2022 dated 30.03.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.
