ORDER

The prayer sought for in the writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2018 and further direct the respondents not to detain the petitioner's husband namely Ramesh under preventive detention act.

2. No appearance for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2018 to the respondents is to revoke the detention orders issued against her husband. Now due to lapse of period, the prayer sought for the petitioner cannot be considered and it become infructuous.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
