Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.

APARNA, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the certified copy of the fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No.176 of 2016 in O.S.No.58 of 2015 by the learned Additional District Judge, Hosur dated 08.12.2017 was misplaced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, who appeared before the trial Court. Hence, he filed the present petition to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the fair and decretal order. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to file fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No.176 of 2016 in O.S.No.58 of 2015 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Considering the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed.

Post the matter after three weeks.
