ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to transfer the patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the petitioner, based on his application, dated 23.12.2025 and online application dated 13.01.2026.

2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition and he also claims that he is in possession of the same. The petitioner through his application dated 23.12.2025 and online application dated 13.01.2026 seeks for transfer of patta in his name. Since the applications were not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is passed against the 3rd respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with by this Court. Page No.2 of 6

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the petitioner's applications as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the 3rd respondent and any third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's applications.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's applications, dated 23.12.2025 and 13.01.2026 seeking for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the 3rd respondent and any third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
