O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is insisting on holding a medical camp in the name of Ezhuchchi Nanbargal Kuzhu (Rising Friends Committee) between 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. on Sunday 03.04.2016 in Kamaraj Corporation Higher Secondary School near Erode Fort Easwaran Temple Street. The request to hold such a function has been declined on account of pending elections by the Election Officer vide order dated 28.03.2016.

2.We are of the view, in the management of the election and such decisions, the Election Commission is the best judge to decide what can be permitted or not and we would not like to interfere with such decision making process.

3.Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
