Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Sections 439(1) (b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 07.02.2022 in C.M.P.No. 539 of 2022 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Salem as far as directing the petitioner to report and sign before AWPS Dharmapuri daily at 10.00 am and 5.00 pm until further orders. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem while granting bail is now sought to have been modified by way of filing the petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

2. This Court is of the view that, since the trial Court after taking into consideration of learned Counsels arguments and on perusal of records has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners subject to certain conditions. Hence, it is appropriate for the trial Court to consider the records and applies mind whether to modify the previous orders or not.
