ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to survey and demarcate the properties, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this
writ petition, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his application, dated 09.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.
The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 09.12.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.
Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice for 5th respondent. Since no adverse order is passed against the 6th respondent, notice to the 6th respondent is dispensed with. 4.
No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 3rd respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit to put on notice. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 3rd respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, whom they deem fit to put on notice.
(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 3rd respondent shall conduct the survey and
demarcate the boundaries of the properties more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) There shall be no order as to costs.
